Learning Sentence Style with Formal and Informal Writing
“One of the possible activities that students can complete each week that is authentic and applicable is a specific revision task. For my students, I provide a template and a very short video through a shared folder on Google Drive along with a sentence or clause that contains a new grammar rule… The idea is for students to try and discover the rule for themselves through inquiry and apply it to how it could be used across multiple platforms in and out of the classroom.”
